James Island County Park comes alive with illumination, and is a great place to capture the magic of the holiday season. More than just a driving tour, the Holiday Festival of Lights invites you to park your cars and explore the Magnificent sculpture made from over 50 tons of sand and an up-close look at the lights on the holiday train.
