Be aware, we have no control over how people decorate their homes. The Charleston Explorer is a covered vessel with restrooms available on board. Coolers are allowed on board if you wish to bring along additional drinks. Alcohol is allowed. No glass bottles please. 1. Visited there last weekend with a group of friends, and had all the fun we could handle. I really like the ambiance at this place. There's a decent draft beer selection at a reasonable price at Chicago event venues and the bartenders are good at what they do.
